The interface has stabilized.

Menu systems are now fully operational, bringing the simulation one step closer to being live. While the visuals are still early — the background is currently placeholder rain with plans for a more haunting, atmospheric scene — the structure is in place.

From the boot screen to the map and mode selection, every part of the experience is now connected. Players can navigate from the main console to select maps, modes, and prepare to launch simulations — whether solo or multiplayer.

  • Main Menu System: Core structure online with placeholder rain background.

  • Map & Mode Selection: Functional interface with selectable environments and simulation types.

  • System Terminology: Menus themed as part of the simulation itself — “Enter Simulation,” “Terminate,” and “Operator Console” replace traditional UI language.

  • Solo Mode: Planned as a single-player experience under “Custom Simulation.”

⚙️ Next Steps

  • Add basic Morphing system for survivors.

  • Begin internal testing on solo simulation flow and data saving systems.

  • Continue refining the visual language of the UI to better match the eerie “system interface” aesthetic.
